17 cal bore scope

Can anyone offer advice on buying a 17 cal bore scope?
I have two 17 cal barrels that have lost accuracy.
One in 17 WSM and the other in 17 Rem. Both have 2000+ rounds down the tube. I don't want to put on a new barrel without know what is wrong.
Carbon ring? Any suggestions?

Hawkeye is the only one I know that makes one for a 17 cal.
