14 twist remington

i have a XR-100 in 22-250 i was wondering if a 14 twist barrel will stabalize a 62 grain seirra bullet?

Others will probably report great success, but I've never gotten acceptable groups out of a 1-14 twist,222 Rem & 22-250) with bullets heavier than the 53 gr. Sierra #1400. Just recently tried the 55 gr. Sierra #1390, and while 'good' at 1 & 200 yds., groups opened up to well over 1 MOA at 300 yds while the ever reliable 50 gr. V-Max continues to average close to 1/2 MOA w/ 5 shot groups at 300 yd. I think 55 gr. is close to the limit: may work in some, and others, will not, but also could depend on velocity.
