115DTAC in 6BR

Recently acquired 1000 DTAC 115 for good price and will they work in a Krieger 8TW? Been using Berger 105VLD as the best for my rifle. My rifle is a Tuebor Raider action in a MPA chassis using no turn neck Lapua 6BR brass. Wanted to try.

Will check reamer print but sure it’s not that much but I can throat out. My setup works very well with 105VLD as is. May try a few just for fun but probably need faster twist and throated.

Back around ‘10, I had the impression those bullets needed a 6XC or bigger, and they were superb in both it and a .243.

I can’t recall if they were hard on BR brass to get them fast enough or, it might have been the case my .243 and 6XC were 7 twists, or were 8’s but the extra velocity got them stable.

I just remember that SMK 107’s and Scenar 105’s were the heaviest I could run in 6BR.

I ran 115's in a 6 Remington case at 3025 Tack Driver for 1500 Rounds.
In a 6 XC In the Day , 2900 was a shot in the dark for most people ?
There are many people with a Tubb Rifle that could never get the Vol. Stated by Tubb's ?

I have had BR'S and now a Norma Dasher very hard to beat 105 HB . 103 Vaper Trails or 107 Sierra's

My son shoots a 6GT and we can work out a trade for these. My 6BR does so well with 105VLD don’t need to mess with it except to try some 105 Scenars I have had for a long time.

The 109 Bergers are the heaviest I have shot in my 6BR. Seems like the 115 s would be a little too much for it even with a 1 - 8 Tw.

I run the 115 DTAC in my 6CM (Competition Match) barrels 7.5 twist. My .243 and my 6br are also 7.5 twist just in case I want to stick a 115 DTAC in them. After seeing the speeds I can muster from the 6br and a 105 I don't believe the DTAC for me is an option in the 6br.
