11/114 stainless LH with 4.40 screw spacing?

The screw spacing tells me this is a short action, the gentleman i bought this action from some years ago told me it is a short action, but the serial number does not.

Has anyone seen a Savage 114 short action LH before or am I not reading the serial correctly? Is this actually a model 11? Wasn't able to find a lh stainless model 11 when searching.

Serial # has nothing to do with the model. It is indeed a short action, model 16 originally chambered in .243.
