107 SMK vs. 105 Hybrid "Dasher"

I shot a couple of groups with SMK 107 for a comparison.
My first Hybrid group showed vertical. I backed off the
powder charge a half grain and a slight improvement.
Next I reduced the bullet jump from 0.015" to 0.010"
and the vertical was gone.

Here is the first group that had vertical
before adjustments

Next I went to the 600 yd. line.
I zeroed with the SMK's and the
hybrids shot to almost the same POI.
The hybrids did shoot about 3 in. higher
on the plate. I did not chrono the loads
but I will next trip. The hybrids have a
higher BC but I don't know the muzzle
velocity yet. I suspect the higher POI
is due to the BC. I believe the muzzle
velocity will be similar.
I do like what I saw at 600 yd.

Birdog,
Great comparison, I have been wanting to do that myself and with the same bullets, thanks and I will be waiting for more reports. What is the scoop with the little sticky target dots? where did you get them?
Wayne.

The sticky target dots come as a sheet of
one inch dots that I quarter with scissors.
The dot in the center of the circle becomes
a small chigger for a precise aiming point.
What you are seeing is 1/4 of a one inch bull.

What distance were these shot at?

Appears to be 100yds...

Birdog, you noticed the group shrank when the jump was reduced. Try 'em with a .010" jam - mine shoots lights out with the Hybrids and 33.22gr of RL15 that way.
