106 grain bullet?

Was looking thru Midways blemished bullets
and saw this one. Who makes a 106 grain tipped .243 bullet?

Looks like Nosler but they don’t have a 106 gn. Could be why they were rejected.

I’d be afraid to buy them for fear that they’d be the best bullet I ever shot and once they were gone I’d live the rest of my life unfulfilled and disappointed
