Wondering what was out there for 100ct ammo boxes for 30br/30m/6ppc. I already have mtm RSS-50-24. But I really want boxes that hold 100. Anything?

Yes sir it is. You can buy direct from J&J for $4.00 a piece but the shipping eats you up on orders of less than $50.00.

I went through this looking for boxes for 6br that allow you to get empty cases out easily. The MTM RSS-50 is perfect, but they don't make a 100ct.

I have several of these and use them for everything from the 6PPC to the 30 Major & 30BR, I cut a piece of foam to lay over the loaded rounds to keep them from moving around, works great.

That is very true. The cases are also very fragile as compared to the MTM cases. I have a bunch with cracked corners, broken lid hinges, etc. If you are clumsy like me - they won't take a drop with loaded ammo without catastrophic failure. Still - they have some sizes for calibers others don't have.

I have a few of them for my 6 and 22 Brx`they work well. But the latch can pop open pretty easy.

How about taking a loading block (if you have a 100 rd block) or two (if you have 50's) and building a plywood box around them? Foam in the lid to hold them down when closed. They won't be as separated as the molded plastic boxes, but it would work.
