In my experience, it should shoot just fine.

both my Tika and encore barrels shoot Factory PMC 100 gr SP to .5 at 100 yards both are 1-10

Flat base or even a Sierra SBT should shoot well. Any match or Vld/Eld will not shoot well. A 9.25 twist .243 shoots the 95 VLDs well but I think it's a borderline bullet for that twist.

If you aren't dead set on 100s, you might want to check out 85s. Deadly on deer sized game.

For a deer bullet the 85 and 95 grain bullets will work just fine.

Not all 100 -105 grain bullets fail to be stabilized by a 10 twist though. I shoot AAA class in high-power silhouette using a 243 and used the Hornady 105 gr A-Max for a lot of years, they were still accurate inside a MOA and retained enough energy to reliably knock over the Ram silhouettes at 500 meters (550 yds), so it is not necessarily a fact that a 1-10 twist will not stabilize a 100-105 gr bullet, sadly they are a discontinued item.

My 9.25 will not stabilize the 105 Amax at 3050 at around 700' elevation.

My ususal shooting elevation is generally around 3500-4500 ft and I am driving them fast but I have never had a stabilization issue with them. Just wish they had not quit making them.

Factory Nosler Trophy grade 85 partitions. I believe there's others. Shot a forky last year. Went about 28" straight down.

10 twist is sort of a standard for the .243 W and ammo manufactures have responded with all sorts of compatible ammo for shooting deers & such.
