Does anyone know if Leupold will modify the turret adjustments on a VX-111 6.5-20x50 to 1/8 or even 1/10 MOA.
I've tried for 2 days and can't get through to Leupold.

I don't know the answer to your question but I would suggest you email them. Every time I have, they have responded pretty quickly. If you check their website they have a bunch of options listed from the custom shop such as having new turrets installed.
