1.5mm Flash Hole deburring

I've got some Lapua 6.5CM brass, and believe it or not, they need the flash holes deburred. It wasn't until I reached for my Sinclair flash hole deburring tool that I realized these are smaller, 1.5mm flash holes. I'm unable to find a tool for these. What's everyone using?

I just cut a drill bit on the nose to give it a "pilot" stub. Then I made a holder for the drill bit from a 1/2 bolt. I bored a hole in the bolt at the threaded end just slightly smaller than the drill and cross cut the bolt to allow it to expand as I put the modified drill bit (flashing remover) into the bolt. Threaded a nut onto the bolt, inserted the modified drill and then moved the nut over the expanded bolt to tighten it on the drill. I used a 15/64" long shank drill for the flashing removal tool and drilled the hole in the bolt with a #1 drill bit.

Wow. Sounds like a lot of work!
