I haven't shot them as far as birdog but I have confirmed kills at 1180 yards and I have my favorite spot in front of my loading room that is 863 yards, I shot 25 or 30 off that rock every year, and my son took a black bear at 605 yards and I have taken a few long coyotes all with the 107SMK and 6brx or 6*284.calib said:
Yes I guess I am very lucky, it isn't flat but it's mine, I have steel set out 200-300-400-500-600-1000 and I have huge basalt rims that I paint dots on from 700 or so out to 1760, past 1200 or so from my range I have to shoot onto my neighbors but he has been a good friend since 1970 and my neighbor since the mid 1980's and he comes down and uses my range all the time so he doesn't mind orange dots on his place as long as his cattle aren't in there and there only there from April-June. Yes birdog is on here quite a bit, and really a great guy with nice equipment and plenty of knowledge, I believe he made a comment on one of your threads didn't he?
