06 Velocity in 300 Win?

Here is my problem, my 175lb nephew cant handle my hot 200g Partition loads in my 300 Win Mag, and we don't have time or components for him to learn how to handle it. I need to load down ammo for him but don't have enough partitions to do so. What I do have enough of is 180 Hornady Interlocks. What powders I do have are: IMR 4831, H4350, IMR 4350, RL19, and Hybrid 100V. The odds of me going to the store and finding anything else is a pipe dream, we haven't seen any new primers or powder in months. What I would like to do is get a load in the 06 velocity range with acceptable accuracy. Please help, I really would love to watch him shoot his first black bear this year.

this from Sierra i6, use the 1st or 2nd gr on each powder
