Swaging Hard Tip Bullets?
How do you swage a bullet with a hard tip inside the core? I called Federal Ammunition and talked to them about the M855, which they said they drop the steel tip into the tubing, then the lead core, and swage it all at once and that makes the M855 bullet. Swaging on a lee challenger press
So I just got a lee challenger single stage press. I’m curious on it’s capabilities though. Would it be possible to swage .223 jacketed bullets on this press with the right dies? And If so what dies would I use- Coop223
