Remington 58x series to 22 hornet or others
Does anyone here have a Remington 58x series rifle converted to 22 hornet? Or another similar caliber? I want something to bridge the gap between 5mm and 22-250, and I think a 22 hornet would be about perfect. Looking for any tips, tricks, things todo or to avoid, opinions on a good gunsmith...- Remnick99

Dang, I broke it!
Removed the barreled action on a Remington 581 to do stock work. Yup, it fell of my work bench! The tang that attaches the trigger assembly sheared off. It looks like it was originally soldered somehow. Anyone repaired one of these! I’m guessing silver soldering by an expert?- Greenyonline2
