    When I said a 105 gr class bullet I thought the boat tail would come into effect, being FB is to be more accurate at 100 yd so some say. ? How many test at 100 for further out - Just to eliminate conditions.?

    Ty for the reply's. I should have said I'm not going to spend much to use it a few times, with a couple of pistols. I did try a sandbag but blew a hole in it in 1 range trip lol. PS I use a Farley on br.

    Best target paper was the backside of what I thought was some leftover wallpaper my wife had. You could see 6mm holes at 400 yd. Guess what happened to my backside when my wife went looking for it and found it in my range box. ;]

    Did anyone mention expander ball? That's the best thing to get rid of or modify for me. How much does it take to work the outside of the case a thou or two?

    If you are thinking of shooting, there must be a range within reasonable distance. Take a box of doughnuts over and ask questions. I'm sure someone will even let you shoot their rifle.

    Mandrel or not?

    The term Wobble makes me laugh. If it were a .17 slug going down a .50 tube I could buy that. Pick up a fired bullet and there is rifling marks around the complete projectile. It might be a little cattywampus from a uneven start, but nothing I can see or measure.
