I see where Jack Neary states that dropping your charge by .1 or .2 will cure this. Do you find this to work most of the time? I know I will have to try it. ;] HAGD.

6br Norma C.O.L. & OTL for Berger 105gr BTHP Target

. From the main page - While charge adjustment for the particular lot of Varget is a must, and seating depth fiddling is always useful, the basic load is there: 30.0 Varget and a 105–if it won’t shoot that, it isn’t the load’s fault.

    jam vs jump test

Interested in 1 - 3 just talking seating depth, all being equal I'm surprised at the difference a small change in oal makes. Is this normal or am I chasing my tail? Flags were used, 70* 200 yds 6br 1=8, 108 Bergers 29.7 Varget. And look at the groups with VLDs.

Cleaning a rifle is like cleaning fish.

I't's more fun to catch or shoot them than to clean them. Show me a picture of your bore that's clean enough to shoot in a match. It doesn't have to be polished to bare steel just clean enough. l;] Don

I made a mistake and seated some of my 68s in my 6ppc .060 off. It was the best shooting load I have ever had. .1s and 2s consistantly. [sp] lol
