Reliable scales for weighing your rifle

^this is exactly what I have done, although I try to go when it's quiet in the store so as to not cause a ruckas. I also bought a $12 scale on Amazon for comparison.

    Official X Class Results Page

4/10/20 FTR 308, 200.20x. 35oF, sporty, undulating winds 12-15 from 7-8 o'clock but lightest wind in last 7 days and predicted next 7 days, so went for it. Pretty happy considering. Felt great just to get out there. 94-6x, 95-5x, 93-4x = 282-15x. For those that are not aware, in FTR, a...

    Sierra 90

Like Ned, I've intermittently tried to get the new 90 smk to blow up. Shot about 500 so far in a 223R with ISSF reamer chamber. About 400 of them have been in a node at 2805 with a 1:7 4-G and are super accurate, no disintegrations. While testing, I took some up past 2900 and the Lapua brass...

What is the best Decapping Only Tool

Another one for the Harvey. Great tool. Probably don't have 100,000 rounds through it. But, that's probably. Drew

    Truly accurate ar15

My first fclass rifle. Very accurate for what you get, just blows around alot once you get out to 600, but that's cartridge/bullet not rifle. Still have it. Drew

Official X - Class Postal Match Rules

ok, I'm game. Although, much like time management when shooting string fire, I may have to use all 14 days to get a day with temps and winds that will allow me to be competitive with this crew (say 5-10mph). D

    Fireforming older brass.

I transformed 3x Dasher brass (so 1x formed from br to Dasher, and 2x as Dasher) to BRX brass successfully. Now have 4x on it (1x to BRX and 3x as brx). I annealed, sized with BR die and shot. Seems perfectly fine and groups are good, so I have to believe starting from 3x BR brass would work...

Shooter Needs Team for 2020 BSWN

A local to me also received word that he is in for SWN and is looking for a Team. He shoots FOpen and brings very accurate rifles to the line. I believe he's the current ND State LR Champ and my guess is that he is a LR Master, as there is only one LR FClass HM in ND. Sorry to pile on, but...

Has anyone made 7 WSSM for competition?

I will remark that my two 50-piece Win 25WSSM bags had several defective pieces that would have caused problems if fired, so I would sort this for safety sake if nothing else. Folds in the neck/shoulder junction area. wrote to Winchester about it. Crickets. I believe I still have two sealed...

    BSWN Waitlist Purgatory-NO MORE!!!!

One of my local friends got the good word last week (not sure his #) and two of my teammates got the call last week as well. For all of those who believe that spots are reserved for US Team members you are mistaken. We had to frantically type in "panic mode" like everyone else. Was the most...

Has anyone made 7 WSSM for competition?

I've made it. Before I knew that other's had played with this long before I did, I remarked to my GS friend that I'd call it the 6.5 Diggler. WSSM brass is very thick, tough brass. 6.5WSSM on left, fireformed to 6.5WSSMAi (6.5 Diggler) on right. Both with a 150SMK loaded. Still makes me...
