    I cut a bullet open, no air space all lead where ring was made.

    I measured the bullet diameter .26385, definitely not a compressed load. I even put a bullet in an empty case. It just seem like hard brass.

    I.D. measures .260 and I tried chamfering the necks. It just seems like this box got out of the factory with out being annealed. I am going to anneal a couple and see if that fixes the problem.
