    Bullseye Powder in Chargemaster

    First time Reloading some 45acp's in a few years. When I opened the drain to my chargemaster the powder didn't want to flow like it had static electricity. The powder is quite old, is this normal, if so I might try a different powder. ty Don

    Isn't seating depth derived by the distance the bullet is jumped or jammed compared to the lands? Is seating depth just the amount it is into the lands?

    Stupid question - Have I read that using a regular 45acp die will work to resize a 6br at .2 line? Doesn't seem right to me. How about a 30 06 or a 308? ty Don

    bolt lift

    6BR 1-8 T custom barrel. Ok trying to find touch. The bolt drops easy but it has a click on the top stroke, the bullet doesn't show rifling marks, but it does show a slight ring as if it's touching the lead [term?] It does this with 3 different 105 class bullets. Do I just start at this depth...

    Br 4 vs 205m

    6br - 30gr Varget - 105 VLDs 10 shots, same temp, different day, Garmin Br4 = 2780 fps 205M = 2818 fps Just saying what I saw. I can't compare groups because they were shot at different distances.

    My garmin showed 2780 fps, it states around 2880 on the main chart. I guess this Varget is slower than that tested. I guess I should add some smoke? I wonder how much I would have to go up to get to that speed? My primers look great w no hard bolt lift., so I have got room.

    Randomly, [never the 1st shot ;]]. I shoot at least 3 ''foulers'' after cleaning. Then I shoot sighters on my target.
