I have both the Sinclair neck turning tool as well as the PMA tool. There are other good ones too, but I feel the PMA would be a good choice for you as it's good quality and is designed for making easy adjustments.I've never had the need to neck turn brass until now. So, which set up should I buy? There are so many choices, and I don't have any experience with any of them. Thanks, Bill

I'm good there, I have an analog Mitutoyo tubing mike.If you're going to do it right, you also need a ball micrometer. Your regular calipers won't be up to it.
That of course raises another question. Whose ball micrometer? I use a digital Mitutoyo, but there are many options.

I agree, although I haven't tried anything else. But their profiled cutters do allow you to turn the neck right to the shoulder.I really like the 21st century tool with the profiled cutters.
