Yeah you can adjust it where the set feature is disabled , and you can use it set or unset,, it’s a pretty dang good trigger , all 527s I ever shot had the set trigger but CZ/ Brno is known for their killer curveballs and change upsThe set trigger feature can be adjusted out. Can't remember details but it can be done fairly easily. Google it and see what comes up.
Same here, this one I am talking about belongs to a friend of mine, I havent actually seen it yet but he says it does not have the set type (push forward) trigger, I have never seen one without the set trigger. I am thinking it may have an aftermarket trigger installed.I could be wrong, but I never saw or heard of a CZ527 without the set trigger. However they do show, in booklet that comes with the rifle how to reset the trigger system to bypass it.
