New Garmin Xero C1 Radar Chronograph

Can’t find any info that it measures shots down range, if not it’s not a Labrador killer, it’s just a fancy standard chronograph,so only a magnetospeed and chrony killer.

Anyone have info that it measures down range speeds?

Has a bow, pistol and air rifle mode. One of them should work near target.

Has a bow, pistol and air rifle mode. One of them should work near target. They have a model for trap shooting that picks up clay target and shot, so not much of a reach for a downrange bullet.

How far down range will a labradar read?

I keep telling myself to wait and see if they have the bugs with the unit worked out but I may have to jump in with the rest of you. Looks too dang convenient and the features listed are appealing. LabRadar needed some competition, I won’t sell mine though, use it all the time and love it. If the Garmin proves easier to use and reliable the LabRadar may become a back up unit.

Reliably? not far. 40 yards maybe.
I don't own a Labradar, so have zero qualifications to comment on one. But intuitively this makes sense give it's documented sensitivities and increased variability the further down range you get. Again, just intuition on my part. Zero practical knowledge on my part.

I see the marketplace is flooded with used labradars for sale for nearly the same price as a new Garmin.
