Well, only Scott of Kentucky Ballistics has earned the right to blow up an M1 Garand, I suppose, … maybe.
But this one hurts to watch. It’s the milled trigger guard version. I feel like this is the same as seeing if flags can soak up floor puddles around public toilets.
What’s done is done. The bolt did not hit the dummy, and dropped straight down, no part did with any significance, or possibly even at all. The round generated 290,000 psi and blew the wood into toothpicks.
What a gun! Although I feel like it’s the 1970’s and I just watched white Challengers get totaled to film a scene.
