Not going well, change a few already?

I'm tired of everything being about these new LED lights. I'd like to see some old stuff with it's smooth glass and warm glow. These new LEDs are just ugly. I guess they have thier place but not in my sockets.
(PS my entire house is 6" wafer LED)

"Brand new" or "Brand-new"? Learn if "Brand new" is hyphenated

We use the hyphen in brand-new when we're writing it as an adjective and using it to modify a noun in a sentence.

11 years ago, Alf bought the first brand new LED light bulbs…

When ever I change a bulb out, whether florescent or LED, I write the date replaced on it with a sharpie.

I just replaced a small florescent bulb that's in a fixture over the kitchen table, & on several hours every day.

I screwed it in on 4-1-09. (and did it myself)

Over 14 years.......I got my money's worth on that one.

Two to argue, then move it to the electrical section
Seven to point out spelling/ grammar errors in posts about changing light bulbs
Five to flame the spell checkers
Three to correct spelling/ grammar flames
Six to argue over whether it's "lightbulb" or "light bulb" ... another six to condemn those six as stupid
Two industry professionals to inform the group that the proper term is "lamp"
