Relocating is ALWAYS possible. Whether or not a person is willing to accept consequences of the move (family, employment, etc) is a personal choice. Nobody, unless restricted by law, has to stay put.
Again: it’s a choice.
“Always “? Not a chance. You may want to reflect on medical reasons for starters. If not you can move and then just accept dying as the “personal choice “ you decided to choose.
Never assume everyone has the same choices that you may have.
e.g. One may rely on close proximity of a V.A. Hospital or facility. BTW the VA has 9 million patients. Think some of them have freedom of choice?
Ah, forget it.

Which states have no V.A. hosptals?

I either didn’t express my point well enough or you missed the point.
The distance one MAY have to drive to a VA hospital in a large number of states is further than some vets can drive. It’s that simple. The quality of care varies greatly between VA’s. The type of care available in VA’s varies greatly.
I don’t care what someone may have heard about this. I don’t care to discuss it either.
My only point was moving somewhere is not the wide open option for everyone.
Actually my last sentence in my last post I should have stuck to.

Don't confuse me with the facts.
You don't suppose the following is part of the problem?
Here is an Interesting Survey with National Results
Before you see the Survey Results, answer the questions, and see how you score against the Nation & against the Facts.
1. What percentage of the country is black?

2. What percentage of marriages are mixed race?

3. What percentage is "Latino"?

4. How many families make over $500,000 a year?

5. What percent of Americans are vegetarians?

6. What percent of Americans live in NY city?

7. What percentage of Americans are 'transgender?

8. What percentage of your fellow citizens are Gay?

The Poll Results

This should be a wake-up call if you don’t already know this… A recent poll was conducted by a national polling outfit. Names don't matter. They are all the same. This one was "YouGov”. Results to these questions asked of average people on the street.

1. What percentage of the country is black? Answers 41%... Actual 12%. (If you watch commercials, you will think it is 80%+).

2. What percentage of marriages are mixed race? Answer 50%..Actual 1%. (If you watch all the TV commercials, you will think it is much more).

3. What percentage is "Latino"? Answers 39%... Actual numbers 17%.

4. How many families make over $500,000 a year? Answers 26%... Actual figure 1%. We think a quarter of the country is rich.

5. What percent of Americans are vegetarians? Response? 30%… Actual 5%.

6. What percent of Americans live in NY city? Answers? 30%... Actual 3%.

7. What percentage of Americans are 'transgender? 22%.? Actual number 1%

8. What percentage of your fellow citizens are Gay? Result? 30%... Actual 3%

So why do people have such inaccurate thoughts on these counts? THE MEDIA! The media run race, gender, and wealth stories constantly...

Result? You are being brainwashed by the ultra liberal left with the help of the media....... Joseph Goebbels would be proud if he had half the success.

Disney went full-on "gender" They will no longer welcome guests with the traditional "Welcome ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls"
Why? Because 1% of the population dictates to the other 99% (that would be the vast majority) and corporate America falls for it.

Regardless of what you think, less than 20% of Americans use "Twitter" yet Twitter controls 80% of public opinion..!! Why? The media..!!!

So, the next time you are thinking Americans have changed and not in a good way, remember, it's fake. It's all a lie. Most people think just like you do but the media has clearly brainwashed Americans with constant broadcasting of “LIES".

If we lived in a socialist country, our media would probably call it....."PROPAGANDA"...!!!

(But today's latest descriptive 'buzzword' is..."Gaslighting"... And every TV commercial you watch utilizes it..!!)

My Brother in Law drove a shuttle van for the Vet's to get to Columbia, Mo....not sure how far any have to travel to get there.

All States need to supply transportation to get to the Vet's Hospitals.

This is correct. I had to deal with it with my father. The local VA was close but specialized treatment required 300-400 mile trips with extended stays. Can get very expensive. And quality of care varies considerably as well. Of course that is true whether it be VA, private or coop.

And it is not just VA specialized care that can trap people. Certain types of cancers and other malady's can trap a person to a location that specializes in that type of care.

That said, when it comes to WA, those who can should probably vote with their feet. I may be forced to do just that. It is not just gun laws that are the problem, the majority of individuals living in WA never saw a tax they did not support or a level of taxation they would not support. Must be true, they keep voting for the same people. God I hate the thought of moving all my shit though.

We should spend the time and money figuring out a vaccine for this disease seems to be spreading exponentially

Looks like they're having a contest with CA to see which can be worse. The lunatic inmates are definitely running the asylum. It's a shame since these states have some really incredible scenery outside of the cities and most people out in the country aren't wackos and are just stuck with the insanity.
Throw Illinois in there too. Pritzker want to be just like CA and Ny. Doesn't matter if it makes sense or not...

The plan is to pass unconstitutional firearm restrictions, face court challenges, revise law, and repeat until the plaintiffs are legally bankrupted ,or they give up.
Rinse and Repeat.

Keith likes shooting F Class and there are very few venues for that sport here in the east. I'm not sure if there are any 1,000 yard F Class clubs in SC? None that I can think of in NC that aren't controlled by the government (Camp Lejeune, USMC and Butner, NCNG). And both of those are not open to the public except during sanctioned matches.
