If a assault weapons ban is passed you would have to register and pay the tax or turn your arm in to be destroyed.
That is an absolutely accurate statement. There are, however, dozens of politicians in the US Senate and House (for openers) that have no idea what constitutes an assault rifle, as opposed to what is just an ugly rifle, but a useful one.
What if they beat you to death with an AR15, then is it an assault weapon?
