Sales by Site contributors?

They need to contribute to this site. Cannot find any place better than what we have here.

I don't pretend to know the situation of every non-contributing member, or where there at as far as the insite and information this forum offers.
I'm sure there are members that could and should be contributing and also the members that just can't for what ever reason, but I don't thinks it's fare or wise to group them all together, after all, contributing members do receive benefits non contributors don't, the bottom line is, its still there choice.

Live and let live. None of my business if they are a contributor or not. Also, what if they have a sick deal on something thus helping out forum members, or they are super smart and contribute their knowledge?
I don't pay attention to the banner below a members name. What bothers me is having to scroll down half a page looking to see where the classifieds actually start. A border of some sort would be nice.

I know everyone has a different situation and will try to do all they can.

Thanks for that, but that is not what I was referring to. With-in the classified page itself one has to go through a series of "how to" and "don't do this" threads until you can find the first actual ad.
I lurked for a long time. I ask questions when I need to. The search function can find answers for most of my problems so I never really post much. Besides I am not a very technical person, so I cant/don't contribute that way. When I decided to start selling things I thought it was the right thing to do for me to become a paid member. Others can do what they want.

hey this could be me.
the part that i don't like is folks that are obviously running a business for the same item with multiple available. they are on here all the time selling their items and some may be silver members and lots are not contributors at all. if you are going to take advantage of the website for sales of repetitive (in stock) items it should be no issue to help support the site with a gold membership for 50.00 annual fee?? other sites charge much more or have a per item sales % that is charged?? small consideration for the opportunity to reach an audience of this size for only 50 bucks. if you are going to profit from the site you should at least help support the operations of the site. just my opinion and others can disagree - fwiw

Everyone that posts here contributes with post content, but post content doesn't pay the overhead to keep this site alive. Monetary contributors pay the bills and those that don't send money are free loaders...plain and simple.

To me it's frustrating. I've bought from non contributors, but not often. I don't view non contributors and contributors the same. IMHO, if you can afford a device to log into this site with, then you can afford to contribute and you should. Everyone should carry their own weight!
You can't beat this site people are awesome on here what's a few bucks you get your money back ten folds just from reading the articles not counting deals on stuff you can't find anywhere else. Steve
