Seein Elk every day.. Wife has the tag. 20 minutes from home. Just waiting to get her set up for a good shot. She has 2 hip replacements and 2 knee replacements. Almost this AM but the bull wouldn't co-operate..

Good luck to your wife! I just got back from WY after hunting Antelope. It was my first time there and definitely not my last. Most beautiful part of this country in my opinion.

Yessir, yessir, three bags full. Mighty fine place, mighty fine folks, but the highways are starting to look more like Denver every day.
This shot was couple days ago in the Wind Rivers.

Any progress on the wife elk?

No yet. Was seein em every day. She finally got 8 and 2 bulls in at 120 yds, but there was a bunch of dead juniper branches in the way. When they finally gave her a shot she called it off because it was like 5 minutes before legal shooting light expired. She didn't want to chase one in the dark if she made bad shot or even a good hit and try to find it..
Snowed here and am gonna wait til tomorrow and try a different area.
