Range finder recommendation

Looking to buy a good range finder ,like it to show incline and have red digital read outs .

Im a huge fan of range finding Binos. I prefer Bushnell or Vortex over Leica ive tried because the leica wouldnt range through snow.
What Leica binos did you try? I have the new Leica Geovid 3200.com binoculars and they range perfectly fine in light snow and rain. Of course nothing will read max ranges in bad weather.

I’ve looked thru Vortex, Bushnell, and Sig LRF binos. The glass is sooo much nicer on my Leica 3200.com it’s not even funny. The rangefinder is faster and far better as well. You definitely get what you pay for because none of the cheaper binos even come remotely close to the newer model Leica Geovids.

For a handheld, you really can’t beat Leica CRFs. They are simple, super fast, very accurate, extremely small, red LED readout and of course very reliable. Plus they hands down have the best 7x HD glass you’ll ever see in a handheld which actually makes a big difference ranging targets in low light or extended ranges. Every Leica rangefinding product I’ve owned has always ranged it’s claims and even further in good weather and low light. But they are very good in full sunlight as well.

The second best handheld I’ve used and still own is the Leupold RX 2800 TBR-W. Good glass, very fast, extremely durable, red LED readout, and lightweight. Reads beyond 2800 yards on reflective targets like cliffs and buildings and I can get a little over 2400 yards on pine trees and hills even in sunlight. It truly is an excellent rangefinder. I use it for archery hunting and then later in the year during rifle season as a backup to my Leica 3200.com Geovid binos. If the Leupold had the same glass as the Leica CRFs I would call it a tie. Although the Leupold glass is very nice, it’s not quite on the level of Leica

I haven't seen warranty mentioned, anything electronic will die.
Some have a lifetime warranty.
Leica does not offer the warranty that Vortex does. But for the last 11 years that I have been using Leica rangefinding products, I have never needed to make a claim.
I’ve made 3 claims with Vortex products and did not own any of those 3 optics more than 2 years before needing to do so. In no case were the optics abused, dropped, or physically damaged in any manner. And none of them had electronics either. They just failed me in one way or another

No doubt Vortex customer service and warranty is excellent and they will take care of you, but I’d rather have an optic that is built to last and I never have to speak to a single customer service rep. Nothing sucks more than when an optic fails you in the field during the middle of hunting season. So although a no questions asked lifetime warranty can make people feel warm and fuzzy inside, it doesn’t mean that the product is built as well as higher end optics.

I remember reading about Vortex customer service warranty department and how great it was back when I purchased their optics. Figured that was the way to go and I had nothing to worry about. Well hindsight eventually told me I should have raised a red flag when reading about all the different warranty claim experiences. Yeah the service is great, but there are so many people that have to make claims you can read for days and days about it

I didn't mention Vortex, only thing I said was that warranty is something to consider.

Now that you have though, I've owned a Vortex rangfinder for probably 5 years and it's been perfect.
I was going to buy a Leupold untill I found out it was made in China and didn't have a lifetime warranty.
There may be others with a lifetime warranty, I really don't know.
