What bullshit is that you HATE so much, that you must take up arms. I love this country, it has given me the chance to make a wonderful life for myself. I own a home, land, and am retired now. I worked with in the system. Is the problem you blaming other people. Are other people succeeding while you are not, is it easier for you to pick up a gun and join with like minded "patriots" and re enforce with each other, like at a Trump rally.
It would seem like for you it is so much easier to hate.

So, somebody tell me, how did the Republicans miss making this an issue. My wife just listened to it and while I couldn’t persuade her based on my 2nd amendment and pro-life arguments, she immediately said had she known this, there is no way she would have voted for Joe and Kamala.

I think the issue you are having with some folks on this site is, What the actual meaning of the word liberal is has been contorted and beaten about by the far left. In their eye it is a path toward Socialism/Communism. I am truly a liberal I don't care wether someone screws sheep or the neighbors cat. I don't care of folks of the same sex get married. It is not for me to judge if it is happening outside of my house hold. I won't vote for it but I could give a rats ass what other folks do so long as they do not infringe on my rights. So folks on here equate "Liberal" with tree hugging, Birkenstock Subaru driving folks that ban plastic straws but hand out syringes and let you take a crap on a public street. Not the I don't care what you do so long as you don't get me involved type, "Liberal".

I would like to expand upon some statements already expressed.Although I'm very concerned about double standards ,hypocrisy complete corruption of our honor and integrity ,the destruction of our freedom of speech ,it pales in comparison to my commitment of the protection of the innocence of our children born and unborn ! Many of the current policies being espoused by the "Leading" Democrats currently , fall into exact alignment with policies enacted in Europe some eighty years ago . Here's a quick , short list .
#1. Make and keep up-to-date : Enemies List
#2. Register all firearms ( So they may be easily confiscated at a later date .
#3. Internment Camps....for Enemies of "The State" .
#4. "Cancel" any , and all Trump supporters , and former Trump employees
#5. Insure that those "Listed" are completely un-employable ....FOREVER !

That narrative about conservatives being against equal rights is fake news. No self respecting conservative wants to take anything away from anyone. They want de-regulation, less laws, those less laws actually enforced, personal accountability, personal freedom to fail or succeed, and less taxes.

Go on line and get the text for HR5717 "a bill to end the epidemic of gun violence and build safer communities by stregthening Federal firearms laws and supporting gun violence research, intervention, and prevention initiatives." It was drawn up on January 30, 2020 and has been hanging in the wings. It is very comprehensive and is a gun controllers Christmas list.
