This is at a 600 yard F-Class match. I shot a PRS match with same rifle.
Nowhere near competitive, but had a great time!
Stevens 200 in 7mm-08AI. Stiffened forestock, bedded action, factory barrel, EGW 20 MOA one piece base, Vortex Viper low 30mm rings, Sightron STAC 4-20X50 MOA2 reticle, Atlas clone bipod, U-Haul shipping blanket.

Ammo is PPU casings, Fed210M, 140gr Berger VLD over Alliant PP2000.
2,832 fps at muzzle. ES-6/SD-2.

Here’s one in .308 with a heavy barrel that could work in several disciplines. Old Wylie Texas Stiller with Bartlein gain twist. Manners folding stock that takes 10 round AI magazines. Modern scope.

I have shot stages at PMS matches that felt like I was upside down

This is more or less what all the PMS rifles around here look. MPA stock (or similar), big ass scope, weights in the stock, flavor of the month action, 6mm whatever and a muzzle brake. Really not much to look at compare to classic tiger-stripe wood stocks, but the are the right tool for the job.

fyi: I am not the good looking guy in the photo, I look more like Chris Farley and didn't want you punish you guys with that.

L to R: GAP defiance 6.5CM, Alpha Omega defiance 6CM, Tikka tactical .223. All manners stocks. Scopes are SWFA HD, Bushnell DMR, and debating on putting on a DMRII or another SWFA HD on the 6CM. Also photos suck. It’s in my garage and lighting is terrible.

Only pic I could find of my rig. This was about 6,000 rounds ago when it was a 22250AI and USO B17 tremor2 scope.
I now shoot a 22 BR improved .050 and it has a Nightforce ATACR with horus 59.

the key to a good rifle is smooth action, minimum recoil and getting the balance point right in front of the mag well.

Bartlein M24 contour 5R 8” twist finished at 24”
McMillan Carbon Ambush A6 adjustable
Triggertech Diamond
Mesa Precision bottom metal.
Seekins rings.
Shown with Nightforce SHV F1 but currently has a 4.5-18 Bushnell LRTSi.
