So it looks like the boys at Deon Optics have a new scope being released on 9 March 2018 and it will be called the Genesis. Unfortunately information on this new scope is very scarce, so I can't confirm if it's a benchrest/F-class offering, or a full blown tactical model. March are claiming it's a game changer but we'll have to wait and see...

I'm looking forward to hearing about its specifications. The rumors I heard about it are interesting, to say the least.

I have a friend that recently bought one of their high end 5x50 models, 1 shot on a smokeless muzzle loader and there is specks on the ret, sent it back and it has a bad lens which warrants a trip back to Japan on his dime to the tune of two hundred bucks shipping, I had considered one but this seals the deal for me.

I should think that whatever it is, it would work for both tactical and target.

When you say "recently", how recent is that? If a scope is under warranty then customer does not pay anything. We take care of everything, unless there has been damage by the customer. What you describe above would have been covered under warranty, unless he bought an older
used scope and the warranty had expired.

Then your information is wrong. We do not require people to pay to send the scope back to the factory if it is under warranty.
I wonder if March have taken note of the recent scope checking threads on accurate shooter and found a way to fix POA shift permanently... here’s hoping!
