My favorite and most used varmint guns have Stiller coned bolts and are single shots. A follow up shot goes in as quickly as you can work the bolt.What’s the benefit of a coned bolt? I’ve never heard of one before.
yeah thats why this on is a single shotIt doesnt work very well when you have a repeater though
Just curious, why doesn't it work well with a repeater? I have several coned bolt repeaters and they seem to work quite well. One of them will feed empty cases from the mag. But none of them are Remingtons.It doesnt work very well when you have a repeater though
