What part of shall not infringe are these A holes having a problem with?
One can't.How can one be required to "turn in" an item...without financial remuneration? So I assume Cali is going to buy +10- rd mags in 2017??
And thats a misdemenor punshishable by a year in the klink and $1000.
I'm very interested to see what kind of cooperation is seen with the "turn in" of 10+ mags.
It is my belief that if folks comply, that it will be seen as "success" and there will be future "turn in" legislation that we'll like even less.
I hope that when the date for compliance arrives, not a single mag is surrendered. jd
One can't.
That is assuming of course, that the concept of respecting/guaranteeing property rights within the Constitution will be protected.
Though my tin-foil hat is looking attractive when I say it, this is only the start. The data mining efforts of tech-grounded companies who are intellectually and philosophically incestuous with liberal components within government could undoubtedly be used against any of us immediately. Will that happen? Look at the creeping grip socialism (and its companions elitism/oligarchism) has on our "constitutional republic".
It could hit the fan any day. All it takes is a couple more examples like California to get that momentum going.
Taking off the tin-foil hat now.....
I'll bet within a year, there'll be another mass murder and it will be in California or New York. These new laws are feel good initiatives used to mollify the anti-gun cabal.
Realizing we have witnessed 216 during the first 6 months of this year, that's a real possibility.I'll bet within a year, there'll be another mass murder and it will be in California or New York. These new laws are feel good initiatives used to mollify the anti-gun cabal.
