Use Google Chrome as a browser and have it remember your username and password for this forum. You will be logged on every time you visit this site.

James, we actually have code that defaults to log users in until they affirmatively log out. Could you check your cookies settings? The log-in feature has kept our testers logged-in for multiple days on all platforms. Please let us know what browser you are using. Thank you.

We are working on adding a bigger, more obvious button, but that will require a theme design change. For now, if you simply click the DELETE link on the FIRST POST, that will Delete the entire thread. As the thread starter, you simply DELETE FIRST POST.

Found it:
User Tab at top right; from the auto drop down select Preferences and tick Automatically watch threads posted in.
Save changes.

Don't like the treatment of the classifieds... today, there's just a little scrunched up block with only 5 items showing.
Change just for the sake of change is not necessary.... evolution, not revolution. I don't understand why a complete revamp was necessary. You get used to something- then have to completely relearn it!
That's what keeps the American car makers in trouble! "Introducing the All-New for 2016 (fill in the blank). How many evolutions of the Chevy Malibu have we seen???

The new post typing is klunky. The ability to use carrage return to start a new paragraph doesnt seem to work. It always returns to the same line without a new paragraph. What am I doing wrong? (new paragraph here) Also can I increase the type size when viewing? My old eyes are having trouble read the new much smaller type for the whole forum? The linkmto the Accurate Shooter site works great. you guys have done agreat job transitioning the site to the new software. SAP users around the world wish their transition worked so smoothly!!!!

To stay logged in on you iPad you need to turn "private" browsing off.

We appreciate the suggestions guys. Some things we can try to improve -- some we don't have the control. Here are some comments.

1. Regarding the classifieds -- we want to get 10 classifieds to display there, but it is going to take more work. This is a top priority. If this was a static display, the fix would take a few minutes. But the whole site has to be able to resize itself for multiple platforms and that means we have to work with some restraints.

2. Re carriage return -- not sure what is the problem. I just clicked the "Enter" button twice fro two carriage returns, and it separated this paragraph perfectly.

3. Type Size -- The default type size actually BIGGER than the old forum, at least for the message body. We are working on increasing the size of some other stuff, like the Reply button.

4. Show Replies to your Post -- As homerange stated, you can control this via preferences. It won't be easy to make this a default feature, but we will look at that.

Overall, regarding change we wish everything could be seamless with no problems. But the situation was that the existing software, SMF, was no longer supported. We looked at all the major Forum software offerings -- all were less than perfect. We picked the one that was the fastest, had the highest security, and the most flexibility.
