I had a Zen Ray Spotting Scope, and it was clearer than the Vortex! Only sold it because I moved up in quality and PRICE to the Kowa. I still have a set of Zen Ray ZRS HD 8x42 binoculars @ $225.00. They are better than most $800 to $1000 binoculars. I discovered Zen Rays on the Birders Forums. Too bad they are not imported to the USA at this time. Google the reviews on them!

Price drop due to the Wide-Angle 30x eyepiece being SOLD separately
