I'm snowed in today so while that's going on I started thinking about the stock I ordered in August.

What's the point you ask ?

Nothing really just sucks to wait.

I generally call about barrels and stocks if 6 months goes by.

Wake up a Beaver and train it. Let him read my stock building thread first! Sorry about not answering the phone. They didn’t have cell service where my wife wanted to go.;)

    Hey Buddy '
    Nice to here from ya.
It's a LRB stock from Rayhill for my Savage, they say 24 weeks so that should be next week or two.
Who really knows as the last time I talked to them it was being laid up then off to the machine shop.
I purchased another one from a member that I already have up and running that really shoots well.
I have a local match this coming weekend that should prove interesting.
    Stay in touch
    Jim

cool, yeah I'm "here", trying to dial down my smart-ass comments on this forum :)
post a pic, or some groups. patience is a virtue. stock to machine shop- for inletting?

not easy to shoot in the winter "up north", so maybe it will warm up in the meantime as you wait.

I have set up a range beside my cabin. I can shoot some crappy groups , walk inside, reload and be out again in 5 min
to shoot again. my bucket list is really simple and checking off a few more.
    You bedding that stock?
    also good shooting this w/e!!

I think some of the custom market vendors go by a different calendar, the one with a week consisting of ten days. :D

Then subtract a week for Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, 2 weeks for X Mas and another for New Years, that should put it around May 1st:)

Gotta love that in a world where deadlines rarely get met.
