I am embarrassed to ask about this, but I have never had this problem before, but I am getting a considerable amount of kernels that wont flow to the cartridge

I have de-greased the funnel twice using methylated sprits. I have even tried using an old vinyl record de-static gun (away from any powder), but to no avail.

    Any ideas please?

    Many thanks in advance!

I believe an anti static dryer sheet will fix the problem. Good luck. :D:D

Sometimes washing it with dish soap, rinsing and let air dry helps or do what boltfluter recommended.

You can use Dawn dish soap and very little water to wash it...let drip dry,do not dry with a towel .You want a small film of soap left on the funnel. Works for me.

I have sprayed all my funnels with graphite and that seems to have cured the static problem for me.

    Solvents and plastic dont mix.
In a low humidity environment you can actually create sparks igniting a fire.
Granted your not going to have an issue cleaning something as small as a funnel.
But do to the plasticity of the powder is why its sticking.

I had this issue with my plastic and Satern aluminum funnels.

But since I purchased the Precision Hardcore funnel, I have not had one instance of static. Powder slides in smooth as butter.

Get a Saturin filter. I had the issue with Lee and other filters. What ever you did eventually you wiuld be back to the problem. They cost a little more but are worth evey penney

    Where do you get these?
    How much?
Can you incorporate a drop tube?
I ask because I'm liking it, digging the bevel for the shoulders.

Like bolt fluter said, just wipe out the funnel with a dryer sheet. Works great.

I have mostly Saturn funnels. Excellent product. I did buy one of the Hardcore funnels. A beautiful funnel but I was shocked how small it was. I prefer the size of the Saturn. YRMV.

isn't the Satern also aluminum, just anodized? All aluminum anodized or not is almost neutral on the triboelectric scale BTW

Do not or I can't wear tennis shoes because of the build up... Leather sole or bare foot stops most of it for me.

There were 4 Saturn funnels available in the "Tools, dies, etc. Forum". Just to reiterate, there were. :D
