A friend wound up with Stan's very early model BAT. Carlson and I fire formed some brass for it yesterday.

Used both Hybrid 105 and SMK 107 for the fire form loads. One shot to get on paper and dialed the scope. another shot to get dialed in closer. now ready for groups.

First up was 10 loaded with the 107 SMK. First group we stopped at 3 shots because they all went into one hole and we wanted to take a pic before we had a flyer and ruined it. Carlson under the wheel.

Now for the second 5 of the 107 SMK's. All 5 cut each other makin a jagged hole.

Next up were the 105 Hybrids. First 5 shot group all five touched.
Next 5 Hybrids, first shot went a bullet width high, then four went into one hole.
Last group the rain was stopping and the wind picked up and we had a little wider group but same water line.

Best 3 shots was with the 107 SMK
Best 4 shots was with the 105 Hybrid

    Thanks!!
Not mine. A local shooter purchased it after being spoiled at the Dasher DOME by BR's, BRAI's, BRX's, and of course the Dasher. He wants to remain anonymous .
But I wish it was mine!!!!

Pulling bolt back slowly does not throw it out. You reach in and retrieve.
Pulling bolt faster will drop it out, but not pitch it.

Nice rifle. Think that was just on the forum here for sale. Called a friend to look. By the time he did, it was sold.

    Hope your friend enjoys it.

Yes. It was on the board for several days. My buddy texted me and asked what I thought and I told him to buy it.

Looks to me like I might have to go down to that Dasher Dome for some shooting lessons you guys are hard to guard.

Looks like I should have learned to shoot that gun left handed instead of getting a left handed action.LOL

@birdog I'm gonna show that target to my 2 buddies I tried to get to buy that rifle.
@Stan Taylor that's gonna be a beautiful rifle even if it is backwards!
