Unfortunately I am stuck in ct (at the moment). Today we are going into a lockdown. Everything is forced to be closed except essential services. To my absolute shock, Gunstores and ammo are on the list of essential services?!,!,! ?? I’m having to pinch myself to make sure I’m actually not dreaming and that I am actually in ct.

For the past week my state rep. has sent me daily updates on all of tax em Ned's executive orders. I just read the latest "essentials list and damned near every thing is allowed to be open. Don't get a false sense of security I'm sure it will change daily.

Deep down I know your right. Just trying to relish the moment. It was probably a mistake and be removed by the end of the day. ;)

The Cabelas here in Reno is curbside pickup now due to Gov. Siscolak order. Not sure if Scheels or Sportmans are open at all. And I am down to 389 small pistol primers, hope I don't need more soon!:D

Sure glad I bought the 2000 primed 223 cases here last year. Debated buying primed but price was right and now this. Things happen for a reason. Guess we'll eventually find out why this coronavirus happened too. Pelosi hasn't got it yet so that's not it. Ok, I'll retract that last sentence. Maybe it's to get this country United again. It was working until she came back from vacation and put the stop to the agreed upon bipartisan package today. This will get better and may get worse before that. I'm hearing the phrase "New Normal". I literally hate that term. This isn't the new normal, it's the temporary abnormal. It too will end

I’m not sure how far you’re willing to go for essentials. I used to shoot a lot of uspsa competition, and have a large supply of pistol primers. I haven’t shot pistol comp for about 6 years now. I’d be willing to sell you a few thousand ESSENTIAL primers without gouging you. However you’d have to drive a couple states east to get them.

It's probably a good thing because you have all these liberals and hypocritical anti gun people flocking to gun stores by the 1000's to buy and horde their very first firearm and ammo. No idea how to use it which will do more harm than good. If you are a long time gun owner, you have been through this before and have what you need already!

There is a gun shop in Detroit that will only sell you ammo for any new firearm you buy. HUH? Excuse me, I bought a gun here two weeks ago only used it on a couple drive bys and now I can’t buy ammo?

My new action from Bordens is supposedly being delivered to a closed gun store today. If it does get delivered, they are taking appointments to deliver guns that have finished their 10 day wait. Not sure when they will start new paperwork.

Yes, in CA my action has a 10 day wait so I don't spin on a barrel, bed it into a stock, develop a load, and commit a crime of passion.

I'll keep that in mind if it gets real desperate. Scheels here has some but closed the doors, not even curbside delivery. But you can get your pot curbside or delivered, apparently an essential (who knew)!

I believe our gunshops and wholesalers/distributors are shut down here in PA.
Appearantly sporting goods is non essential.
But we are making bulldozer blades for everyone!
Just not painted, they are non essential too.

Arizona and Connecticut, who ever thought... Hard to believe Ct was the gun capitol of the world at one time.
