I can share something that worked for me. I put the Teflon tape on my stock and waxed the Teflon tape with turtle wax carnuba wax. REALLY NICE!!!! Ymmv

Try Steve Theye @ Benchrite. He had it last year.
Pma sells the bag wax. Benchrite sells the pma bag wax as well. Only difference is steve makes his labels with a sharpie.

I have used spray silicone for years,without a problem....
I've heard there's a powdered wax use by bowlers that's similar to the Sinclair stuff, but a lot cheaper. I'm not a bowler so can't say for sure, but it might be worth googling.
This is what I have been using for years.
Another dry lube you can find is sold at West Marine. Generally used on sailboats.
I know next to nothing about waxes and such for the bags. But, I have to ask...Wouldn't stock tape work just as well and no mess??
Not a bowler, but have never heard of bowlers using wax.
Talc, perhaps? Talc is used by accomplished billiards players to eliminate stiction between cue and skin. I used to use it to lube the latex drysuit seals when diving. Cornstarch was an alternative for the dive suit.
