Scope mount for recticle leveling

Guys, I found this really interesting product online a few months back and now I can't remember the name of it or where I found it (and of course I didn't bookmark the page). It's very similar to the Badger Ordnance Dead Level in concept, only it's much bigger and beefier. The product allows you to mount a scope to the integrated picatinny rail, then level the reticle by using a plumb line some distance away. Then you would need to have a scope bubble level attached to your scope to make sure that is level too. Then you once your bubble level, reticle and plumb line are all aligned you can remove the scope from the mount and it will always be level with the bubble level on the scope as long as it doesn't come loose.

Here's a drawing I made of it. If anyone knows the name of it I'd appreciate it if you could let me know...thanks! IMG_0040.JPG

That will level it to the rail but is the rail level or aligned on the rifle? It would also be better to have the center of the scope and center of the bore on the same plane.

I use this tool from EXD (got it from Brownels). It's best not to relay on the scope caps being level. Best to set up outside and use a plumb line to finalize the scope adjustment.

Wheeler makes one with two levels, one clamps on barrel and the other on action. Seems to work well, won't break the bank either
