Ridenour Rifle

    Has anyone ever heard of this manufacture and if so what can you tell me about it. Thanks in advance for your help.

    I know he was a very active Williamsport shooter at one time.

    He doesn't shoot with us anymore, I believe he lost everything in a fire. And I have no Idea were he is these days.

    I have a chance to purchase one of his rifles but have no idea on the value at all.

    I heard that his cancer came back from a previous bout with cancer that is all I know.

    That name seems really familiar. Was he pretty involved in Palma-style shooting in the late 90's?

    I don't think he did. He shot at Williamsport a long time. Started some kind of Ridenour accuracy thing. I believe he had guys engraving it on his rifles. He had a small group of guys he shot with. They even had stickers made up. Last time I talked to him he had a big fire. He was from Maryland. Matt

    Good chance it was a rifle built by Rick Picarreta. What action, stock and barrel? Is it a heavy gun or light gun? A pic might help. Matt

    HE USE TO SHOOT NC 1000YD MATCHES BACK IN THE 90'S WHEN I WAS SHOOTING THEM AS STATED HE LIVES UP NORTH MAYBE PA

    Picked up the rifle its in 300 WM. full aluminum stock seems in great condition. Now I will need a 6" front rest:(

    That's a heavy gun. Kenny liked the 300 Win. I prefer the 300 WSM. It should weigh about 50 to 80 pounds. Is it a split block or one piece glued in? What action? RW Hart has 6 inch tops and rests. Matt

    Yes 48 lbs split block and not sure on the action. I never saw one like this
