It has been my pleasure to pray for many of you. Now it's my turn. Tomorrow, Tuesday the 21st. at 9:44 am. CST I will have my left knee replaced. I covet your prayers.

Terry I've had both of my knees done, and in time its well worth it. Just stick with the rehab, its no fun, and in about 5 months you will be glad you had it done.

Terry, I pray that your surgery goes well, and that God gives you the strength that you will need for the coming recovery. Also that you will have the chance to touch the lives of others who you may meet in the next few months. jd

+1 Had right knee replaced last October. Surgery Monday morning, went home Tuesday afternoon, and started six weeks(3X/wk) of rehab on Wednesday morning. As Charlie said, don't skip the rehab and have some patience. Important to regain your range of motion. My surgeon's rehab target was zero to 120 degrees with zero being straight. Important to get to zero degrees or you may limp. Stay ahead of the constipation that accompanies the prescription pain medication. I am five months post surgery and only regret is I should have done it sooner. Plan to have the left knee done this fall. Terry, all the best wishes.
