Here's a rifle you don't see everyday.....
A made in Norway Kongsberg model 393 .308 Winchester
and a very cool wood stock, its a tad ugly but does shoulder very well and an excellent palm swell and a formed grip.
Behold! An Eliseo R1/F-Mod., started out as an R1 LR sling rifle (6XC) with a Borden Tube Gun action and now rebarreled in .284 Win. with Gary's pickle-fork fore end adaptor. I like how the original fore end indexes off the back side of the front bag. No need for the front bumper attachment. Props to Gary Eliseo at Custom Machine Inc.
A trued Remington 40X, 30+ inch Bartlein heavy varmit 1:8 twist in 6.5 CM, stock is from Stocky's their bench rest model, pillar bedded, Jewell Trigger with Sightron 10X50 Gen III.
This is my first F T/R build, which started out as a stock .204. Had the action blue printed, fire pin was bushed by Speedy, had a new bolt handle and knob installed by Pierce, I drilled the knob out to install the .223 case base into it, PAC Nor 6.5 twist chambered in .223 to shoot the 90gr Berger’s, KTS stock from Kelblys, Phoenix Bipod, Sightron 8-32.
Took a long time to get this gun where it is now but I’m truly happy with it!
I'm late to the party, and it's not a long gun, but it was a gift from my husband and my son for mother's day a few years ago. My gun is a she, and ain't she pretty. A Ruger 1911 in. 45 with extra clip. Warms the heart.
Just love the clean lines of this rifle. Very, very classy!
I’m building a 300 PRC with the same Wildcat Var-Tac stock, Stiller Predator Action, #4 Fluted Benchmark, having a hard time not using the same colours !
I agree. Those colors ooz class! Looking forward to pics of your next build. Do us proud!! Lol.

Caleb shot a 1.6 inch 5 shot group at 400 yards with it using berger 175 grain OTM Tacticals. Its my dream rifle. I couldnt be happier.
This photo is when it was still at the smiths getting its final stamp of approval for accuracy.
Also, a quick word about Caleb. He’s awesome. He did payments with me, provided me monthly updates, had the rifle built before I was even done paying, provided info on factory loads that shot outstanding, and shipped it in 3 days from Missouri to Georgia. He’s truly a craftsman and professional in the gun building business.
Going to carolina: 6.5 creedmoor built on Borden brm multiflat dual port action, has krieger 8 twist 1.25" straight barrel @ 30".
Saami chamber with .380" freebore.
Glued and screwed in laminated stock.

My new baby. Nothing special, but it was built by a Marine at PWS.
6 ppc: nesika extended "c", Krieger 13.5 twist lv, kelby stock, paint by mike lavalle@killer paint.com
Here's another one of my "spare parts" rifles. It's a 22-250. Still needs metal finishing and a couple more coats of oil. I'm thinking it turned nicer than I expected, so I might have to throw a new barrel on it. I've since put on a nicer Leupold and better rings. Have yet to test accuracy. If anyone knows who made this stock I would be interested in hearing about it. I picked it up as a rough shaped stock off ebay and it had been partially fitted to an Ed Lapour style action re-work, but I still had enough wood to fit my action perfectly.
I think it's an old Douglas barrel, Unknown stock, NOS older Timney trigger, reworked 1917 action, speed lock kit with COO conversion, Patagonian Rosewood tip and cap. All done by me.
I’ll put up my latest build. I made the stock for this post64 Winchester M70 action with a Rock Creek barrel, chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor by Skeetlee. PT&G bottom metal for AICS single stack magazine.
