Some components were bought new, others used.
    • BAT DS action
    • Kelbly KLP stock
    • Jewell trigger
    • Sightron 45x scope
    • Harrell's offset scope rings
    • DSC trigger guard
    • DSC butt plate
    • Brux 13.5 twist
    • Krieger 13.5 twist
    • .268 chamber
    • Pillar bedded
Dave Short Customs did all the work. The Kelbly stock required no paint. Dave just did his magic on it. I have high hopes for this light varmint gun. The 30BR he put together for me is a hammer. I expect this one to be much the same.

Weight? Very nice, why don't you break it in when the time comes at a few Pa groundhog shoots.

With the DSC tuner installed, it will be a hair under 10.5 pounds Jeff.

I had planned on the Hogroast, Kane, club matches at Chippewa, etc. Right now, it is a roll of the dice where I'll end up. It may be a lost season. I'll be okay with that as long as I can get some shooting in here and there. At least my local club and Chippewa are still open, albeit with restrictions.

I have a Kelbly built PPC that I had Bob Green make up a barrel and tuner to go under 10.5 lbs. Barrel profile had me wondering as it looked pretty lean, does not matter, still shoots in the zeros and ones. Now, go wear that barrel out and have fun.

Both barrels have a standard LV profile. I'm very interested in how this scope performs. Only time will tell. I have a NF Comp sitting here idle. Hoping for the best and preparing for the worst!

My Brother has the Sightron 45x on one of his rifles. He really likes it! I've shot with it numerous times and the one he has is very clear, tracks well, and the 1/16" clicks are pretty handy too. Hopefully you'll get along well with yours too. WD
