I hiked over to the 2,000 yard zone in the 90 degree temps and set a hat size rock on its edge hoping to break it or at least knock it over for a visual instant gratification. The shot was to be taken with my BLACK BIRD PATRIOT 375 Cheytac, Stiller TAC 408, Scoville off-set stock, NF B.E.A.S.T Moar, and 350 Cheytac bullet.
I had 10 rounds loaded for the attempt and Junebug chomping at the bit.
We loaded up the equipment just before sunset. Temps had dropped below 90 and the wind had died. The sunset light was perfect.

We got setup on top to the hill at Rocky Top II and Junebug pointed out that my firing pin assembly was missing. I had it out checking bullet depth for a new bullet (Cutting Edge 377 gr). A quick trip back to the reloading dungeon and we are ready. I dialed the BEAST turret up 55 moa from zero and took the first shot. Elevation perfect, a little right. I had a couple of shots that missed by inches, in fact I did not see dust report with one of my shots and Junebug said the hit was in the dark shadow of the rock. I took 5 shots total and had it dialed in and turned it over to Junebug.
This is the rock propped up against a small log.

Junebug's first shot was close. He said I am going to hold just under it. I was spotting through a March scope and had a really good look at the shot. The rock appeared to be cut in half and I saw a piece fly back or right and the bottom half stayed put. Junebug said he could see the rock spin on impact.
We were both jubilant and I gave him a high five!!
After impact.

Here is a cap for size comparison

I think I consider this Junebug's best shot, even above the 800 yd quarter shot
This is a photo of the bench taken in the spring when the red-buds were starting to bloom.
The 2 K spot is in the third field back, two hills over. You can see a tiny black spot in the center of the field. That spot is a cedar tree. It is exactly 2,000 yds to that tree.

After I shot the video, I check the ammo box and we only fired 7 shells and Bug scored on his second shot.
