No group pics, but it's very capable at 1k.

Barrel life in F-Class was short, and what pushed me back to the 284 Win and my 7 Walker.

That appears to be the 3” spotter used for 1000yds.

I built one that finished 6th in the Nightforce ELR Steel Challenge

    https://www.facebook.com/Nightforce...tos/a.908939912788909/908940242788876/?type=3

With ELR you aren't shooting 20 shot strings so heat management isn't a problem.

Also, once your load is developed you shoot less total rounds so short barrel life is less of an impact.

for f-class, I worry about these 2 issues. If you're shooting 5 shot groups at 1000 yards, you'll be fine with 7 saum.

Here my best group ever using H-1000 (not a good choice) during a match. I'm 64 and have cataracts.

@Joe R are you going to try fine tuning seating depth a lil bit more?
I noticed how #'s are getting smaller along with groupings.

    Absolutely.

By the time I have 100 rounds through it I expect the barrel to speed up by around 30 fps and the ESs to improve. Velocity wise I'm there, but seating depth requires more testing.
