You will need to know the delivery date so an adult can be available to sign for the order. If a week has gone by, I think delivery should be getting close.

    I'm very fortunate to have an 80 acre woodlot, and have cut a 600 yd shooting lane on it. It's rough, and uphill, generally in need of upkeep and trimming, but it is mine. I shoot when I want to, and there is always a bench available for me. I have no idiots to worry about.

    I assume you are talking about iron sights and he has no interest in a scope. Has he tried a variety of ammo? I anticipate many questions in this thread. What distance? Same with other shooters? Shooting from a solid rest? Is he moving the sight in the right direction?
