There's a shooter up here (also a forum member) that says he had good luck with in then in his 8 twist. He used them with 4895 iirc

+1 to this. 23.5-24.5 of Varget and you should be set. Another "standard" load is 23.2 of 8208 xbr.

Shot some 80 smks with 23.2 grains 8208 that were loaded on my lock n load. I'm pretty happy with how well they shot
I bought some last year and really like it. I recently chrono'd the same load in both LC and Starline brass. The Starline averaged 15 fps faster...
Our range makes them out of weed eater line with a wire nut hot glued to the end. Works great for .22's
